Remaining Questions
- Will there be a trailer hitch option? As a subcompact SUV a hitch allows a bike rack and other accessories and adds a lot of the utility required. Ideally Hyundai would include this as a factory / dealer installed option. Putting racks on the hitch means no paint marring, better range vs the roof, and easier loading/unloading. In the US this is available on the Bolt EV. The Kona ICE has factory available hitches.
- Will the European version get Blue Link? https://www.hyundaiusa.com/bluelink/index.aspx

- WLTP Target for 64 kWh battery suggest 127 W/km (Using 60 kWh as useable/net battery) or 136 W/km (Using 64 kWh useable).
- Compare this to the 15.2 kWh/100km from the Reveal Presskit which would get 421 km if all 64 kWh is useable and 394 km if only 60 kWh is useable.
Charging
- 100 kW Charger gets the 64 kWh battery to 80% in 54 minutes ((64 * 0.80) / (54/60) = ~56 kW rate). This is excellent for sustained charging. This is roughly the same as the Ioniq 80% at 23 minutes ((28*0.80)/(23/60)) = ~5kW.
- 7.2 kw AC Charger (no multi phase) – 6 Hours 10 minutes for 39.2 kWh and 9 hours 40 mins for 64 kWh (Reveal Presskit)
